Dispatch, Charges, And Destinations

• Sellers choose listing delivery methods and packaging charges. Buyers choose from the supported methods at checkout.
• Sellers should dispatch only when the plant, route, weather, and destination are suitable.
• Restrictions may apply by plant type, protected zone, country, island, remote area, carrier rule, customs rule, or required document.

Plant Packaging

• Protect roots, nodes, leaves, stems, substrate, and pots from crushing, drying, rot, excess heat, excess cold, and movement.
• Use suitable moisture, ventilation, insulation, support, and labelling. Heat packs or insulation reduce risk but do not guarantee survival.
• Sellers should keep packing evidence for high-value or sensitive orders.

Carrier Delays, Failed Delivery, And Risk

• Do not assume every shipping problem is automatically the buyer's responsibility.
• Trader sales and private sales can have different risk-transfer rules.
• Incorrect buyer addresses, missed delivery attempts, carrier delay, unsuitable dispatch timing, and inadequate packaging can all matter.
• Photos of the outer parcel, label, packing, roots, stems, leaves, and damage help resolve shipping disputes.
